REFUNDS POLICY

​

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@eriskaycandles.com for further information.

We work hard to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition however, should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at the email address shown in the contact area .  Products returned by you due to defect, will be refunded at the full price.  Prior to any refund, photographic evidence of any defect is requested.

Once we receive your product back and following examination, we will notify you of your refund via email.  You will be refunded (at your request) to the original form of payment as soon as possible however this will be within 30 days of the confirmation refund email which will include postage costs however, you will be liable for posting costs to return the product.
