FREE UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £25.
All orders up to 20 candles will be shipped within 1-3 working days after an order is placed.
All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class and can take up to 3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take every care to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and will replace or refund products damaged during delivery. Please send photographic proof of damage to info@eriskaycandles.com within 48 hours of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item or request a refund, please email info@eriskaycandles.com within 14 days of delivery.
You are welcome to exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for all returned shipping costs.
